Great to deal with Gavin from Ronnie Burns Van Specialists. As I live many miles away on a remote Island I had to take the risk of buying the van without seeing it. Gavin was extremely helpful in providing excellent pictures and a video and was very honest about the condition. Gavin delivered the van to the ferry terminal on the mainland very early in the morning in order to get the early ferry. I was slightly nervous having not seen the van as such and paid for it before delivery but I should not have been, everything went smoothly. Communication before and after the purchase have been excellent.

Gavin is very helpful and clearly knows his stuff. Not pushy, genuinely would recommend anyone thinking of a van this is a safe bet. Vehicle I purchased in great condition, very happy with van and service provided.

Old style customer service from start to finish when purchasing my van. Berlingo van was in excellent condition to begin with but was still given a thorough check prior to picking it up which flagged up the battery was borderline needing replaced and it was replaced with brand new battery with a three year warranty. 6 months warranty and 12 months RAC cover sweetened the deal. All aspects of purchase were clearly communicated from start to finish. I work in an industry where you’re dealing face to face with customers so customer service is at the forefront of our operation. So thumbs up for Gavin and the team for providing excellent customer service.

Purchased a van two weeks ago from this company. They couldn't have been more professional, courtesy & freindly.
There was a bit of work required to the van to put it into MOT standard which they explained in detail. And also explained no expense would be spared on doing all the work required. Which it was not. Everything was done and an invoice was supplied as proof.
They also gave me a six month RAC warranty for peace of mind.
My experience of buying this van from this family has been nothing but positive.
Hopefully if my business grows I'll be back to buy another van from these guys.
